1) HORIZON-MISS-2026-02-CANCER-01 — Virtual Human Twin Models for Cancer Research

Korea University Anam Hospital and KIST can jointly contribute:

• EMR-linked digital twin platform: a cancer patient digital twin framework with an annotated TNBC cohort and serial biopsy data;
• Imaging-based digital organ phantoms: patient-specific organ modelling and physical simulation for validation; and
• Multi-omics & tumour microenvironment characterization: integrated molecular and microenvironmental profiling to enrich twin models.

2) HORIZON-MISS-2026-02-CANCER-07 — Quality of Life of Older Cancer Patients

Involving Korea University Anam Hospital's Department of Family Medicine and KIST, the teams can jointly contribute:

• Clinical cohort access: an established older-patient population across diverse cancer types, with capacity for prospective enrolment and longitudinal follow-up;
• AI-integrated sensing & risk prediction: machine-learning models for frailty and QoL-decline prediction and clinical decision support, built on multimodal sensor data; and
• Wearable & continuous monitoring: sensor-fusion systems combining wearables and biosensors for longitudinal health-status tracking in free-living conditions.
