We are a research group at the Faculty of Architecture, University of Ljubljana, working across several fields such as smart city solutions, bio-based materials (e.g. mycelium), strategic spatial planning, advanced design technologies, and space habitation.
We are reaching out to explore possible collaboration. Specifically, we are very interested in contributing to your consortium (if already established) or in joining forces for upcoming Horizon Europe calls, such as HORIZON-NEB-2025-01-REGEN-02, and similar opportunities.
We operate as a small but experienced research group engaged in diverse topics and projects.
Our work includes:
- Smart city solutions (project Wecount, Enclod project)
- Application of bio-fabricated materials in architecture, especially mycelium ( Compostable architecture)
- Strategic spatial planning (HubCities)
- Living in space (currently preparing a publication)
- Advanced design technologies and AI ( Od besede do podobe)
At present, we are partners in the Interreg CE and MSCA projects, bringing both technical expertise and hands-on experience with pilot projects, workshops, and cross-sectoral collaboration.
