Structure of the work plan in lump sum grants

In Horizon Europe lump sum grants, the structure of the work plan can have a direct impact not only on project implementation but also on the project's cash flow.

Using a practical example, this video explains what determines the amount of the pre-financing payment, how funding is provided during the project, and how splitting long-duration work packages can positively affect the project's cash flow.
