Enhance Your Horizon Europe Cluster 3 Proposal with the Full Proposal Check Service

Are you preparing a submission for the 2026 Horizon Europe Cluster 3 Calls?

The Proposal Check offers proposers a valuable opportunity to improve the quality and competitiveness of their proposals. Through detailed, constructive feedbackfrom experienced Horizon Europe evaluators (officially appointed by the European Commission) applicants can refine their submissions and significantly strengthen their chances of securing funding.  

What is it?  

Each consultation is tailored to the individual proposer and will take the form of a dedicated online session lasting up to two hours. Following a brief pitch by the proposer, evaluators will provide feedback on all sections of the Horizon Europe proposal Part B – Excellence, Impact, and Implementation. All information shared during the session will remain confidential. The service is free of charge for the proposers.   

Who can apply?  

The service is aimed at proposers who intend to submit proposal for the Horizon Europe Cluster 3  Calls 2026 with the deadline 5th November 2026.

How to apply?   

Proposers interested in applying must complete a registration process, which will be considered an Expression of Interest. Potential proposers to the Proposal Check Service have to follow these 2 steps and deadlines:  

• Register first your Expression of Interest by 4th October at this link;  

• Registered proposers will be contacted via email and asked to provide an advanced draft of their proposal (Part B including the budget) for their selected Cluster 3 topic before October 7, 2026. Submission of this draft is a mandatory prerequisite for participation in the Full Proposal Check. Proposers who apply to participate in the FPC will undergo a case-by-case selection process. Selected proposers will be notified on their acceptance on October 12, at the latest. 

The maximum number of proposals consulted will be 10.   

The proposal checks conducted by the experts will take place during the week of 19–23 October.
