European Innovation Scoreboard 2024

The European Commission published the Innovation Scoreboard 2024: a comparative assessment of the Research and Innovation performance of EU Member States, other European, and selected third countries. Czechia is still placed among the Moderate Innovators (70 - 100 % EU average), however, its innovation index increased by 2,3 % compared to 2023 .

Top innovation leader is Denmark, followed by Sweden which placed first in 2023. Estonia newly joined the club of Strong innovators.
