National Information Centre for European Research

The aim of the project implementation is its successful completion. The consortium reports on the achieved results and obtains complete funding from the granting authority.

In addition to the periodic report after the end of the project, the consortium fills in the final report summarizing the achieved results. If the total cost of some beneficiaries exceeds 430,000 Euros, these beneficiaries must also submit to the provider a Certificate on Financial Statements issued by their own auditor. The coordinator then receives the balance of payment corresponding to the costs incurred (including the release of funds from the Mutual Insurance Mechanism) and sends it to the other partners in accordance with the provisions of the consortium agreement. A financial audit by the grating authority may take place up to two years after the payment of the balance.
