Time declaration template for Horizon Europe published

15/09/2021

The European Commission has published a Time declaration template for Horizon Europe (here). This template meets the minimum requirements for time recording (recording of days worked in project) and can be used by employees working exclusively on the project as well as employees working also on other activities and projects. Timesheets can still be used in Horizon Europe projects (the hours reported here will only need to be converted to days for the purposes of the European Commission's report).

More information on personnel costs and recording of time worked in Horizon Europe can be found in the Model Grant Agreement (Articles 6 and 20), or in the Annotated Model Grant Agreement. All relevant documents can be also found on FTO Portal
