Updated EIC Investment Guidelines

The EIC Fund published an updated version of the Investment Guidelines, a document that provides information to applicants and selected companies in the EIC Accelerator, as well as potential co-investors on the EIC investment process. In the new document you can find: 

  • an updated definition of a qualified investor
  • an updated description of possible investment scenarios
  • new clauses covering EIC Fund follow-on investments and exits
