The Czech Legal and Financial NCP has prepared a set of questions and answers from the European Commission on the issue of personnel costs in Horizon Europe. The document serves to clarify areas of concern and provides additional information on the interpretation of the eligibility of personnel costs. We hope that this interpretation will soon be taken into account and described in more detail in the new version of the forthcoming Annotated Model Grant Agreement
