NEW VIDEO: Structure of the work plan in lump sum grants

06/08/2026

Are you preparing a lump sum-funded project and considering whether and how to split long-duration work packages? Their structure can significantly affect interim payments and, consequently, the project’s overall cash flow.

The original Czech version of the video is available here.
