Questions and Answers from the Discussion with the European Commission Now Available

30/06/2026

Following the seminar Mastering Horizon Europe Projects: Simplification, Management and Controls, held in Prague on 15 June 2026, we have published a document containing written answers to participants' questions.

During the event, participants submitted more than 60 questions via Slido. Based on the discussion, the National Contact Points at TC Prague prepared a document covering the most frequently discussed topics. The answers were subsequently reviewed and complemented by the participating representatives of the European Commission.

The document includes answers to 34 practical questions covering, in particular:

  • Lump Sum grants,
  • financial audits and actual cost grants,
  • project management and implementation of Horizon Europe projects.

We hope this material will serve as a useful reference not only for the seminar participants, but also for project managers, financial officers and researchers involved in Horizon Europe projects.

The Questions & Answers document, together with the presentations from the seminar, is available on the event webpage.
