Ukraine becomes a associated country to Horizon Europe

Ukrainian parliament ratified the underlying international treaty finalizing the process of association of Ukraine to Horizon Europe. Ukrainian entities are now able to participate under the same conditions as entities from EU states.
As part of the EU support to Ukraine in times of Russian invasion the EU waived the contribution for 2021 and 2022 which was estimated at around €20 million
