TWINNING BOTTOM-UP a TWINNING GREEN DEAL 2023 Call

The TWINNING 2023 call opened on 25 April 2023 and for the first time, it comprises of two topics: Bottom-Up (usual TWINNING) a Green Deal. Both topics have common objectives and expected impacts and outcomes. They differ only in the project scientific area. The project duration is set for up to 3 years and the recommended project budget is between 0,8 – 1,5 M€. The funding model is lump sum. It is expected that in the Bottom-Up topic. 8 projects will be funded, while in the Green Deal topic, the expected number is 20 projects. The applicants can submit their proposals until 28 September 2023 by 17:00 CEST.
