30 postdoctoral fellowships available within the Physics for Future (P4F) programme

The programme Physics for Future (P4F), co-funded under the Marie Skłodowska-Curie COFUND and coordinated by the Institute of Physics of the Czech Academy of Sciences (FZU), has opened its first call.

P4F is a postdoctoral fellowship programme designed to enable researchers to conduct their own bottom-up research projects over a span of two years in Czechia, within the facilities of FZU or ELI Beamlines.

P4F's scientific scope encompasses the following domains: astronomy, astrophysics and cosmology; atomic, molecular and chemical physics, biophysics, condensed matter physics, fluids and plasma physics (including surface physics), high energy physics, nano materials, nuclear physics, optics, pure mathematics, applied mathematics, statistical physics.

Thanks to its broad network of partners for secondments, the programme enables obtaining a comprehensive scientific, transferable, and soft-skill training.

In the first call, with the deadline on 10 November 2023, P4F aims to recruit 30 researchers.
