18/08/2026

Instruct-ERIC has launched its fifth international call to support access to research infrastructures and technologies in the field of structural biology.

The call is open to researchers from all Instruct-ERIC Centres, as well as institutions that have a Memorandum of Understanding (MoU) with Instruct-ERIC or are in the process of signing one within the next 12 months. Researchers affiliated with Ukrainian institutions are also eligible to apply.

Successful projects can receive up to EUR 5,000 to cover costs associated with access to Instruct Centres, including travel, accommodation and access fees. For remote visits, the funding can also be used to cover the shipment of samples. Subsistence costs are not eligible.

Proposals will be evaluated after the call deadline, which is scheduled for 8 October, 2026. The applicants will be informed of the results following the evaluation. Funding will be released once feedback has been provided by both the user and the facility through the ARIA system.
