NEW VIDEO: Structure of the work plan in lump sum grants

Are you preparing a lump sum-funded project and considering whether and how to split long-duration work packages? Their structure can significantly affect interim payments and, consequently, the project’s overall cash flow.

The Technology Centre Prague has released a NEW VIDEO in English that uses a practical example to explain what determines the amount of pre-financing, how funding works during project implementation, and when it may be beneficial to divide long-duration work packages into shorter ones.
