Possibilities of cooperation with teams from Ukraine in HE 2026 calls

The UK-Ukraine Horizon Europe Support Initiative, which is implemented with the support of the UK Foreign, Commonwealth and Development Office (FCDO), the Ukrainian Ministry of Education and Science and the UK-Ukraine Horizon Europe Offices, is open to collaboration with research teams from other countries preparing projects for the 2026 Pillar 2 Clusters and Missions calls.

The aim of this initiative, coordinated by Cormack, is to strengthen academic cooperation, research partnerships and innovation exchange between UK and Ukrainian universities. As part of this activity, Ukrainian universities and research institutes have prepared a list of project proposals (almost 400) aimed at supporting the formation of strong consortia for the upcoming Horizon Europe 2026 and 2027 work programme calls.
