The European Excellence Initiative 2025 call has attracted almost 300 applications

The European Excellence Initiative 2025 call has received 284 project proposals by higher education institutions eager to build strategic cooperation alliances and work in close cooperation with economic and industrial partners. In total 27 projects (with expected EU contribution per project between €2-5 million) should be financed. The total budget available for the call is €80 million. The projects will now undego evaluation. Applicants will be informed by next April.
