Reflection of Czech NCPs on the proposal for FP10 (2028–2034)

01/09/2025

In July 2025, the European Commission published its proposal for the Framework Programme for Research and Innovation for the period 2028–2034 (FP10). The Czech National Contact Points (NCPs) from TC Prague have prepared a comprehensive reflection on the proposal, drawing on their daily practice and experience with the implementation of Horizon Europe.

The document highlights both continuity and the key changes that FP10 brings compared to the current Horizon Europe programme. It covers, among others, the budget, financial and legal rules, individual pillars, the role of Widening, Missions, Partnerships, and the link to the Competitiveness Fund.
