E-learning course Financial Reporting and Payments in HE projects

23/07/2025

As part of the Horizon Academy – NCP4HE project, which brings together over 30 organisations representing National Contact Points (NCPs) for the Horizon Europe programme (including TC Prague), a new e-learning course has been launched: Financial Reporting and Payments in HE Projects.

The course guides you step by step through the process of financial reporting in Horizon Europe projects based on actual costs, lump sums, unit costs (MSCA), and the specificities of ERC grants. You can test your acquired knowledge through a quiz at the end.

Although the course is primarily designed to meet the needs of newly appointed NCPs, it is freely accessible to the wider public and serves as a valuable resource for anyone interested in participating in Horizon Europe projects.

To take the course, you need to have an account in the Horizon Academy. If you do not have one yet, please register.

The courses are just one of the project’s activities. For information about other initiatives and events, visit the Horizon Europe NCP Portal.
