The European Commission has published the latest edition of the “Annual Report on Research and Technological Development Activities of the European Union and Monitoring of Horizon Europe and Horizon 2020 in 2023”. We would like to ask you to promote this very comprehensive overview of EU’s research activities in 2024 in your institutions and networks. 

A significant part of the annual report is dedicated to the research related policy activities of 2023 with a focus on EU’s open strategic autonomy, economic security and international cooperation and the support for Ukrainian researchers. In the monitoring part, we take a closer look on the results and performance of Horizon the different Horizon Europe parts and the Euratom programme in 2023.
