First Meeting of the Newly Established Platform of Czech Ministry for the Future Shape of the 10th EU Framework Programme

On May 20th, the first meeting of the newly established Czech Ministry of Education, Youth and Sports (MEYS) Platform for the future shape of the 10th EU Framework Programme for Research and Innovation took place. The meeting was attended by invited representatives from public administration, national contacts, and beneficiaries.

The event was introduced by Deputy Minister for Higher Education, Science, and Research, Ms. Radka Wildová, who supported these activities and emphasized the importance of involving all relevant stakeholders.

Lucie Núñez Tayupanta, Director of the Department of Research and Development, presented the current activities of MEYS and the planned steps for the future. As part of the preparations for the 10th Framework Programme, MEYS will formulate a national position by the end of 2024, based on public national consultations in cooperation with TC Praha. All interested stakeholders will be able to express their opinions through a survey to be conducted during July and August 2024.
