ERA Chairs 2023 - ATTENTION - important information for applicants

We would like to bring to the attention of the applicants preparing a project proposal to the ERA Chairs call (HORIZON-WIDERA-2023-TALENTS-01-01) with a deadline on 7 March 2024 to the fact that both required Letters of commitment have to be now uploaded as an annex to Part B as a single PDF document.

ANNEXES TO PROPOSAL PART B 

For this topic, the following annexes must be added?

DETAILED BUDGET TABLE:

Annex enabling to present the detailed estimation of costs of the lump sum project and to calculate the lump sum breakdown per beneficiary and per work package.

LETTERS OF COMMITMENT:

1)     a letter signed by the prospective ERA Chair holder expressing his/her commitment to the proposal and willingness to take on the underlying tasks and obligations;

2)     a letter from the head of the coordinator institution committing to the proposal and stating that the ERA Chair holder will receive adequate support to take on her/his tasks and duties including, for example, access to research facilities, supervision of researchers, teaching duties (if any) and capacity to apply freely to national and international funding.

The letters must be uploaded as a single pdf document.

ERA CHAIR HOLDER CV:

Proposals should include a Curriculum Vitae in Europass form of the future ERA Chair holder and detail the scientific and technical support she/he will provide to the coordinator and how the proposed activities will upgrade from the current situation.
