Amended Work Programme WIDERA 2023-2025 published

On 17 April 2024, the European Commission published on FTOP the amended Work programme WIDERA that newly includes new topics and new calls for 2025. The new elements are the following:

Widening part

  • ERA Talents 2024 – simplified text and no so strict conditions, the call opens on 25 April and closes on 26 September 2024
  • TEAMING for Excellence 2025 – the last call in Horizon Europe! Opening on 3 December 2024, the deadline of the 1st stage on 10 April 2025, the deadline of the 2nd stage on 20 January 2026
  • ERA Fellowships 2025 (MSCA Postdoctoral Fellowships) – opening on 9 April 2025, deadline 10 September 2025

ERA part

The call for 3 new topics opens on 15 May 2024 with deadline on 25 September 2024 (EC infoday takes place on 22 April 2024)

  • Experimentation and exchange of good practices for value creation 2024
  • Science comes to town 2024
  • Talent ecosystems for attractive early research careers – pilot 2024
