The European Institute of Innovation and Technology (EIT) will join the 2021 Cannes Festival – Marché du Film NEXT, with the session: “Creating new opportunities for the Cultural and Creative Sectors and Industries”, on 12 July at 12h00 CET.
The one-hour session with a hybrid physical-online format will be centred around the upcoming call for the newest EIT KIC Culture & Creativity.
Outstanding speakers Martin Kern (EIT Director), Linnar Viik (Supervisory Board Chairman, EIT Digital), Lucia Recalde Langarica (Head of Unit for the Audiovisual Industry and Media Support Group Programme, DG CONNECT – European Commission) and Dora Palfi (CEO and Co-founder of imagiLabs) will share their views on how the EIT will work together with Europe’s dynamic culture and creative sectors and industries to boost innovation.
