New interactive Dashboard opens access to results of European analysis on Horizon Europe rules

24/04/2026

The results of the European analysis Horizon Europe’s Legal, Financial and Administrative Rules – A Report on their Practical Use, prepared by the network of National Contact Points (NCPs) within the Horizon Academy project, are now also available through an interactive dashboard.

The dashboard enables users to work with data from a survey of 1,360 Horizon Europe participants and filter the results by country, type of organisation, respondent profile and other parameters. Users can thus explore in more detail how beneficiaries across Europe perceive the practical functioning of programme rules – from personnel costs and lump sum projects to evaluation, reporting and audits.

The dashboard can be useful for beneficiaries and research/project managers, as well as institutions, National Contact Points and policy makers, particularly in the context of discussions on simplification of rules and the preparation of FP10.
