New calls for Culture, Creativity & Inclusive Society 2023 are open

New calls for proposals for funding in Cluster 2 – Culture, Creativity & Inclusive Society were launched on 14 December 2022. Under Horizon Europe, the European Commission funds research and innovation projects for social, economic, technological and cultural transformations towards healthier democracies where cultural values are protected.

Funding opportunitis are in 3 main destinations: 

• DEMOCRACY AND GOVERNANCE: The European Commision funds research that will strengthen democratic governance, trust in institutions and protect fundamental rights.  
• EUROPEAN CULTURAL HERITAGE AND CULTURAL AND CREATIVE INDUSTRIES: The European Commision funds research that will promote better access to cultural heritage and improve its protection while supporting job creation in the creative industries. 
• SOCIAL AND ECONOMIC TRANSFORMATIONS: The European Commision funds research that will help tackle social, economic and political inequalities and support human capital development.  

The deadine for submitting a proposal is 14 March 2023.
