SEREN6 Network of National contact points kindly invites proposers to Cluster 3 calls 2026 to apply for the Full Proposal Check (FPC). The event will take place online on 19-23 October 2026

Are you preparing a submission for the 2026 Horizon Europe Cluster 3 Calls?

The Proposal Check offers proposers a valuable opportunity to improve the quality and competitiveness of their proposals. Through detailed, constructive feedback from experienced Horizon Europe evaluators (officially appointed by the European Commission) applicants can refine their submissions and significantly strengthen their chances of securing funding.

What is it?

Each consultation is tailored to the individual proposer and will take the form of a dedicated online session lasting up to two hours. Following a brief pitch by the proposer, evaluators will provide feedback on all sections of the Horizon Europe proposal Part B – Excellence, Impact, and Implementation. All information shared during the session will remain confidential. The service is free of charge for the proposers.

Who can apply?

The service is aimed at proposers who intend to submit proposal for the Horizon Europe Cluster 3  Calls 2026 with the deadline 5th November 2026.

How to apply?

Proposers interested in applying must complete a registration process, and follow these 2 steps and deadlines:

  • Fill in the registration form by 5th October at this link;
  • Registered proposers will be immediatelly contacted via email and asked to provide an advanced draft of their proposal (Part B) for their selected Cluster 3 topic no later than on 7th October, 12:00 CET. Submission of this draft is a mandatory prerequisite for participation in the FPC.

Selection criteria

Proposers will undergo a case-by-case selection process, with a maximum of 10 proposals selected for evaluation. Proposals will be selected based on Part B completeness. Please ensure all sections are as complete as possible. Selected proposers will be notified of their acceptance by October 12, at the latest.

The proposal checks conducted by the experts will take place during the week of 19–23 October. Please keep the week free in your calendar – your proposal will be assigned a two-hour time slot during that week.
